The Offer
Through September 30, 2010 companies that place an order with MISUMI USA, Inc. for the first time and include promotion code 9PRM when placing the order will receive a 30% credit on the order.
First time customers are eligible to receive up to a $150.00 (USD) credit on their first order for MISUMI components.
- All first time orders for MISUMI Components below $500.00 USD will receive a 30% Credit.
- All first time orders for MISUMI Components equal to or greater than $500.00 USD will receive a $150.00 Credit.
- Companies placing an order with MISUMI USA, Inc. for the first time and place this order using a Corporate Account and include promotion code 9PRM will receive a 30% credit note for orders under $500.00 or a $150.00 credit note for orders at or over $500.00 that will be applied to the first order invoice and will be applied to all MISUMI components listed in the first time order. Maximum possible value of credit note is $150 USD.
- Companies placing an order with MISUMI USA, Inc. for the first time and place this order using a Credit Card and include promotion code 9PRM will receive a 30% credit note for orders under $500.00 or a $150.00 credit note for orders at or over $500.00 that will be issued at the end of the month the order was placed. The credit note will be calculated and mailed via US Mail to the customer at the end of the month the order was placed and will be based off all MISUMI components listed in the first time order up to a $500 USD value. The credit note will be good for one year after its issue date and can be applied to any future MISUMI USA, Inc. orders for its components. Maximum possible value of credit note is $150 USD.
Companies with existing corporate accounts and/or have ever placed a credit card order with MISUMI USA, Inc. are not eligible for this offer.
Offer is good for MISUMI USA, Inc. components. When placing the order please include the promotion code 9PRM in any available open space such as a special instructions area. If placing the order through the web ordering system the customer should include the promotion code 9PRM in the “Special Instructions” of the order. All orders must be received by 11:59pm CT on September 30, 2010 in order to qualify for this promotion.
In the event the company places orders with MISUMI USA, Inc. during the promotion period the first order placed with MISUMI USA, Inc. (either corporate account order or credit card order) will be eligible for the promotion offer. All orders (either corporate account orders or credit card orders) placed after the first order (either corporate account orders or credit card orders) will not be eligible for the promotion. Offer is good for all components listed in the first time order up to a $500 USD value.
How it Works
MISUMI USA, Inc. is the Sponsor for the New Customer 30% Off Promotion. The 30% off will be applied to the total component price of the first order and up to a $500 USD value. Offer is good through MISUMI USA, Inc. only. MISUMI USA, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in whole or in part at any time during the promotion.
General
Promotion is subject to the state laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States. All disputes shall be settled and solved exclusively at the Cook County Courts or at other forums as agreed to by the Sponsor. No substitution of promotion is offered, no transfer of promotion to a third party is permitted, and Promotion may not be redeemed for cash value.
Conduct
These Official Rules are accessible from the Web Site throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the Web Site; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitations of Liability
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof, or; (e) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials in the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.
Indemnity, Discharge and Release
You shall indemnify, hold harmless, discharge and release the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its directors, officers and employees from and against any loss, damages, liability or responsibility, demand and request, suits or other legal proceedings, costs, charges and expenses, injuries and other incidents as happens to the Participant, arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion. All such indemnity, et al, should include, without limitation, all the reasonable attorneys’ fees and other relevant consecutive damages.
Participant Release
All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Promotion, agree to release MISUMI Group, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: accessing the Web Site; Participating in any aspect of the Promotion; or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any Promotion. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Web Site) the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
