Sure. Do you know if you have a net terms account with us? If not, you probably logged in with your email address. Please try to log in with your email address and click on "Forgot Your Password?" Once you've done that, we will ask you to reenter in your username and email address, (both will be your email address). Once you've submitted this, and you'll receive an email with your password (remember our password is case sensitive). If you're not sure about the type of account you have: What is your first and last name? Customer service can look up your name and provide you with your Customer Code or the email address that you've logged in with. With this information, you can enter your username and click on "Forgot your Password?" to receive an email with your password.

I am interested in doing business with MISUMI. What do I need to do?
You first need to open an account with MISUMI. Go to Open an Account to download the necessary forms, or call customer service at 1-800-681-7475 ext. 1 to have them faxed to you. We will start the account set-up process as soon as we receive your completed application.
I would like to open a credit card account. Do I still need to set up an account?
Yes. The process is much easier and faster, but we still need you to fill out a Customer Profile Form. First, go to Open an Account and follow the instructions. When you reach the page where you can download the necessary PDF documents, select Documents for Credit Card Account.
How long does it take to open an account with MISUMI?
"For a credit card account, your account will be active as soon as we receive your customer profile.
For a credit line account, it depends on how soon your bank and trade references answer us. To ensure faster processing, include fax numbers for your bank and trade references. Also, if you are located in IL, CA, TX, or OH, and purchasing for resale, do not forget to include your tax exemption certificate (D&B credit check report™ is acceptable if you have one.)"
