Track a Shipment
If you ordered online using MISUMI USA’s Web Ordering System, tracking links will appear in your order history the day after shipment.
If you did not order online, you can use your shipment reference number to track an order on the UPS tracking site.
Your reference number is the last 9 digits of your Sales Order Confirmation Number. This number appears in the top right-hand corner of your SO confirmation sheet.
Example:
MISUMI SO Confirmation number: USA-040721602
Your Reference number: 040721602

Please check the tracking on http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track.
Some shipments are not traceable by this system. Please call our customer service at 1-800-681-7475 if you cannot track your shipment using this system, or if you have any difficulty using the system.
This tracking system is provided by UPS. UPS authorizes you to use this system solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. UPS tracking systems and the information they contain are the private property of UPS and may be used solely to track shipments tendered by, to or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of the UPS tracking system and information is strictly prohibited.
