Credit Manager
Under the direction of the Vice President, provides hands-on management of the organization’s design, development and implementation of a new credit management system. Manage corporate credit and accounts receivables functions. Minimize credit risk exposure of bad debt write-offs and maximize turnover of accounts receivable balances. Administration of credit & collections systems, policies & procedures. Works closely with the various Business Units and the sales organization, internal and external customers utilizing agency & internal data to optimize the mix of sales and bad debts. Responsible for managing a team of Credit and AR staff and support personnel.

Executive Administrative Assistant to the President
Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level executive support and daily operational support, presenting a professional appearance and manner. The Executive Administrative Assistant conducts confidential research, prepares statistics reports and handles highly confidential information requests. This individual must possess poise and professionalism; strong written, verbal, and organizational skills (Japanese/English bilingual required); the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and, take the initiative on projects in order to efficiently meet the needs of the President. The Executive Administrative Assistant must be able to work autonomously and on a team, across all levels of the organization.

Assistant Accounting Manager
Responsible for coordinating and managing the general accounting function, concerning primarily the accuracy and maintenance of the ledger accounts, the resultant financial statements, taxable accounting for US, JPN (Canada and Mexico are future possibility), and managerial accounting reporting to JP HQ. Responsible for the direct supervision of the accounting staff. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
