Responsible for inside sales for Press Die and Mold components in North America. Using a prepared selling script to promote and sell products and services of the company. Familiar with a variety of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of flexibility and a person being cooperative is expected.
Responsible for development of new products. Provides engineering support to customer and internal organization.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in our Schaumburg, IL headquarters. Working hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You will be required to process quotations, sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues. MISUMI USA Inc. is known for configurable automation components, enabling engineers to specify components through various design parameters. Configure, download CAD, and order using the configurator. Over 1.000,000 metric and inch components available.
Performs logistics related office and warehouse duties.
Responsible for processing daily inventory orders, stock orders, and catalog orders including packing, shipping and checking. Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Under supervision, administer and maintain hardware, software and network environment. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
