1 \u2013 Find Free Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s highly likely that one of your vendor partners or suppliers that is exhibiting has access to free registration. Don\u2019t hesitate to reach out to your contacts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 \u2013 Map Out Your Visit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Plan out the booths you want to visit. Start from the back or end of the exhibit hall and work your way forward. Floor plans can be found on the show\u2019s main website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u2013 Max Out your Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Many shows will offer free presentations on the latest technology or new products from a variety of industries. Be sure to check out the show\u2019s website for agendas and speaking sessions that are included with your registration. Trade shows are one of the few places where the best of the best show the latest and greatest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 \u2013 Research After Hour Network Events<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Who doesn\u2019t love free food and drinks? Many companies host customer appreciation or networking events <\/a>after show hours. It\u2019s also a great opportunity to network and meet 1:1 with your supplier partners. Great ideas can happen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 \u2013 Stock Up on your Business Cards<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

While your badge will get scanned when visiting booths and vendors, you could meet an attendee with potential opportunities in projects so bring your business cards!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 \u2013 Support your Feet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wear comfortable shoes. We cannot stress this enough! Walking tradeshows will easily help you hit your daily step goal so it is pertinent to wear comfortable shoes. Bonus tip, wear compression socks that help with circulation of your calves and feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 \u2013 Avoid the Lunch Hour<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Eating lunch in the off periods can save you hangry headaches from waiting in line. Include finding lunch spots in mapping out your visit with tip number 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 \u2013 Travel Light<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A heavy backpack or purse can take its toll on your energy levels while walking a tradeshow. Do your best to travel light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9  \u2013 Free Stuff!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Some shows will offer a free bag when you pick up your badge so be sure to find the coolest booths with the greatest giveaways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
