    Open Task Manager, select "Misumi_Client.exe" and click "End Task"

    When downloading for the first time with NX/ProE, click "Download EXE package" and then download the setup file.
  4. Q4Are alteration selections also reflected in 3D?

    Yes, they are. 3D shapes are generated according to the alteration selection.

  5. Q5What should I do to select a different product type (model)?

    Select again from the web catalog. Only one CAD Download/3D Preview display screen is displayed at a time, so the screen will switch over. (Two or more screens cannot be displayed owing to memory restrictions.)

  6. Q6What should I do to uninstall installed settings?

    To uninstall settings, execute Control Panel > Add/Delete Programs.
