The 3D CAD data (Intermediate Data) provided within Misumi Corporation (Seller) website(s) has been developed with the intention of providing and easy-to-use intermediary point of reference for finished product dimensions and specifications (Purpose of Usage). Tolerances, surface treatment, chamfering and other details of finished products will not be identical to the Intermediate Data provided. In order to provide downloadable Intermediate Data contents that do not overburden bandwidth, details including oil groove, screw, and spring geometry have been abridged within the Intermediate Data. User accepts this condition upon using Intermediate Data.

Intermediate Data hosted on Sellers website is provided in a compressed file format. Data file extensions may be different case by case , Decompress Intermediate Data into your CAD software directory and integrate accordingly.

Seller provides Intermediate Data free-of-charge for the convenience of those who utilize it. Users agree that Seller assumes no liability should an issue arise related to the Intermediate Data and its application. Seller retains the right to change the Intermediate Data without notification for any reason whatsoever seller is not liable for damages should Intermediate Data be changed, deleted or unable to use.

All Intermediate Data and contents of said data are property of the seller and protected under the Copyright Act and International Regulation. Except as otherwise provided by Seller, Intermediate Data shall not be used aside from Sellers specified purposes including but not limited to duplication, re-sale, licensing, upload, distribution, and publication. In the event such incidents occur, Seller will revoke users privileges to use Intermediate Data and Sellers website and may take appropriate legal action.
