Application Overview

Purpose

  • This example only shows the exhaust section of the equipment. There is a thermostat located within the equipment. At a set temperature, the cylinder is activated and rapidly cools the equipment.
  • Cooling efficiency can be increased by adding a fan.

Points for use

  • Assumed operating temperature: 60℃
  • Since the seal is not airtight, the gasket is applied to the opening instead of the cover.
  • Automated ventilation is possible.

Other Design Consideration

  • The gasket's compression amount is adjusted by inserting shims between the cylinder and the mounting plate.
