Blade runout accuracy within 5 μm (our measured ratio) / back taper within 5 μm / shank diameter, tolerance h5 standard, has been adopted for a high quality tool with minimal quality variation. It is ideal for side-finishing machining requiring a high accuracy level.
It is designed to have a blade shape with an emphasis on rigidity thanks to the negative blade / slightly rounded tip and is suitable for machining high hardness steel.
The TS coating consisting of a nitride-based composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it yields a high oxidation resistance temperature and high hardness. It is ideal for high speed machining and dry machining of heat-treated / high hardness steel.
