It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, resulting in a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
The corners of the blade tip are slightly rounded to prevent chipping when cutting high hardness steel.
The tool has high rigidity, reducing the chances of tool breakage to a minimum level when cutting side surfaces.
Capable of machining high hardness steel up to 65 HRC.
The long shank models are ideal for machining deep grooves.
