· Nylon resin-containing carbon fiber (TORAYCA) which features excellent physical properties and conductivity is used for the vacuum tweezer body.
· Moreover, the inner valve is made of fluororesin and the perimeter is covered with type of nylon containing carbon fiber produced via a special method which does not degrade air-tightness.
· Therefore, opening and closing of a light valve is possible in the same manner as the conventional F series. (Patented)
·The specific resistance of the nylon connector connected to the rear portion of the main body is controlled to within 10^6±1.
· The adsorption tip corresponds to a carbon fiber guide with excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and toughness.
