    [Features] Using a non-polarized light beam splitter appropriate for specific laser wavelength, the transmitted light amount and reflected light amount are separated 1:1. The transmitted light amount and reflected light amount are not changed even when the the polarized light direction of the laser beam is changed. Because there is absorption of 10% or less on the polarized light film, it is not possible to use with high output lasers. The phase difference between S polarized light and P polarized light of transmitted and reflected light is not confirmed.
