Counterbored collar (bumper) and bolt are integrated into one piece! Bumpers are baked onto bolts, thus allowing for easy mounting, stronger tightening and space-saving. Materials for bumpers include Urethane, High Abrasion Resistant Urethane, Nitrile Rubber and Low Elastic Rubber (Hanenaito®).

Round cord is made of extremely soft gel with hardness Asker F65. Elastomer cord has excellent mechanical strength and durability, it is flexible and can be used in various application such as gap filling.

Rubber / Round Cord - Rubber Sponge
String type rubbers have various usage such as gap filling and are available with short lead time! Standard lengths of 1, 3, 5 and 10m are added to existing product offering. Rubber sponge materials such as Fluoro Rubber which is superior in heat resistance and chemical resistance are also added.
