Has 30〜100% more mechanical strength to Ether Polyurethane.
Superior in oil resistance to Ether type. Has low impact resilience.

Super Abrasion Resistant Urethane (Vulkollan®) Vlukollan® is a super abrasion resistant urethane which is far superior to conventional urethanes in abrasion resistance and load bearing. It is 6 times stronger in abrasion resistance and 1.5 times in mechanical strength compared to the standard urethane.(MISUMI's internal test)
Abrasion-Resistant Urethane Unique composition results in abrasion resistance that is 2.5 times higher than general urethane at low cost. Product color is dark brown.

Comparison of Shock Absorption of Low Elastic Rubber • Low Repulsion Urethane

Low Repulsion Urethane It has the same properties as urethane, and excels in shock absorption. With more resistance to compression than normal urethane, it is hard to deform. Not suitable for the absorption of large impact energy because its tensile strength and elongation is weaker than that of urethane of the same hardness.
Extra Low Hardness Urethane High physical strength that cannot be obtained from conventional soft materials. It is MISUMI original material that suppresses self-adhesion, which is the problem of soft material. This material is highly resistant to impact and it compresses little.
