Help with your claim or return
Q: How do I file a claim?
Please email Customer Service at inquire@misumiusa.com for any claim(s) including:
If you received incorrect items and/or incorrect specifications, please submit the following to start the claim process:
- MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
- To help expedite processing, please include pictures and measurements of incorrect part number(s).
If you received incorrect item quantities:
- MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
- Was the package damaged?
- If yes, please provide pictures of the damaged package (if possible).
- If no, please provide pictures of the items including the white label that is attached to all items in the package (if possible).
- Copy of the packing slip.
If you are missing items from your order:
- MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
- Was the package damaged?
- If yes, please provide pictures of the damaged package (if possible).
- If no, please provide pictures of the items including the white label that is attached to all items in the package (if possible).
- Copy of the packing slip.
If you received damaged items:
