Q: How do I file a claim?

Please email Customer Service at inquire@misumiusa.com for any claim(s) including:

If you received incorrect items and/or incorrect specifications, please submit the following to start the claim process:

  • MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
  • To help expedite processing, please include pictures and measurements of incorrect part number(s).

 

If you received incorrect item quantities:

  • MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
  • Was the package damaged?
    • If yes, please provide pictures of the damaged package (if possible).
    • If no, please provide pictures of the items including the white label that is attached to all items in the package (if possible).
  • Copy of the packing slip.

 

If you are missing items from your order:

  • MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
  • Was the package damaged?
    • If yes, please provide pictures of the damaged package (if possible).
    • If no, please provide pictures of the items including the white label that is attached to all items in the package (if possible).
  • Copy of the packing slip.

 

If you received damaged items:

  • MISUMI order number (if possible), PO number, part number & quantity
  • To help expedite processing, please include pictures of the packaging and damaged items.
