The quote and order screens have been redesigned to reduce the steps needed to complete a quote.
Greater Stock Visibility
We now provide greater visibility for our stock levels. Quotations for amounts exceeding stock levels can still be requested or quantities can be reduced to avoid quotation.
Sales Order/ Quote History
Shipment History is now integrated within Order History – no need to access multiple pages.
Split Shipments
For select items, we offer the ability to source larger quantities from multiple locations (additional shipping costs may apply).

MISUMI Account & Password Updates
We have improved our security, part of which will require a more complex password. After the update, you will be logged out of your MISUMI account and will need to log back in. Your existing password will continue to work, but we strongly encourage you to reset your password to something more secure.
All reset passwords and new registrations will now require using a password that meets the following requirements.
Password Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 8 characters
- Must include:
- A number
- A capital letter
- A special character
- Acceptable characters: # $ % & ’ ( ) * + , - . / : ; = ? @ _ ~
- Cannot be the same as your User ID

Q: How long does it take to open an account with MISUMI?
Credit Card Account: Your account will be active immediately after we receive your completed Customer Profile.
Credit Line Account: Processing time depends on how quickly your bank and trade references respond. To help speed things up:
- Include fax numbers for your bank and trade references.
- If you're located in IL, CA, TX, or OH and purchasing for resale, be sure to include your tax exemption certificate.
- A D&B credit check report™ is also acceptable if available.
Q: I forgot my User ID
Please click on Forgot User ID and enter the email address used to register for your account. You'll receive an email with your Login ID shortly.
Q: I forgot my password
Please click on Forgot Password and enter your login ID and registered e-mail address. An e-mail with a URL link will be sent to you. Please click the link to reset your password.
Q: I just finished registering on your website, but I can't log in.
Have you received our email confirming your registration? Please check your email (including spam and junk) and click the link found in the email to confirm your account. If you still haven't received the email, please call Customer Service at 800-681-7475 x 350.
Q: I configured the part numbers on your site, but the quotation is bringing up errors.
Please check the box that says, "I want MISUMI Customer Service to check this record and give us a solution."
Q: Why is my order shipping to the wrong address even though I added a new one?
MISUMI Customer Service needs to register all new shipping addresses. We will send an updated confirmation once it is completed.
