Belt Length Calculations

About replacements of Belts and Plastic Chains

Please note the following when selecting and replacing belts.

1. Minimum Belt Pulley Diameter

There is a limit on minimum pulley diameter (bending diameter) of belts.
Confirm that the selection is applicable to the miniature conveyor pulley diameter by referring to the minimum belt pulley diameter.

2. Calculations of Belt and Plastic Chain Lengths
Calculate and confirm the belt and plastic chain lengths by referring to the table below.
3. Direction of Conveyance
Some belts have specified direction of conveyance. Please note the specified direction of conveyance of belts when replacing the belts.
