Beltless / Motorless Conveyors Info
Conveyors with No Motor(No Gearhead) or No Belt are available from MISUMI. They can be selected and purchased on each Product Page.
Please note the following when purchasing them.
For each of the conveyors with no belt / no motor, they are only guaranteed as separate components.
Please note that the functionalities of customer assembled components are not subject to our guarantee.
Motorless Conveyors
Conveyors with No Motor(No Gearhead) are delivered unassembled. (See the right hand photo.)
When assembling, please refer to 3D assembly drawing included. Motor mounting part dimensions depend on the output of the selected motor.
Please check the motor size in use and note the following.
- (1) Motor Mounting Pitch
- (2) Interference between Motor Shaft and Motor Cover
- (3) Timing pulley shaft Dia. and mounting position
- (4) Type of Timing Belt

Before operating a conveyor, be sure that all screws are tightened, and the lateral movement of conveyor belt is adjusted.
Beltless Conveyors
Conveyors with No Belt are delivered without belts. (See the right-hand photo.)
After installing the conveyor belt, be sure to adjust the lateral movement of the belt
before operating the conveyor.
