Automated Adjustments / Inspection Equipment
A machine of automated adjustments of pressure presets and air tightness inspections of products placed on the loading position. An XY robot transfers the subjects between the process stations within the equpment, and a conveyor is used to discharge the subjects out from the equipment.
Product discharging process
Conveyor used to discharge from the machine each product adjusted for air tightness and determined as inspection-acceptable by the Cartesian coordinate robot. The Standard Type Conveyor is used in combination with the commercially available sensors and the product tip-over prevention rails internally manufactured.
Points on selection
We purchased the MISUMI conveyor because of its low price and short lead time. The price was the most important deciding factor for the selection since the product discharging application called for a simple conveyor with only length and conveyor load capacity specified.
