Camera based inspection equipment

Conveyor carried products are inspected by a camera.
The product is forwarded if it passes the inspection, but the conveyor is reversed to discharge if it fails.

Points on selection

We purchased MISUMI conveyors when finding out that they are more economical than others. Previous custom made products by another supplier were expensive. Considering production line cost reductions, it was found that a standard conveyor would suffice for this final process stage. We purchased from the most economical source MISUMI.
